This 5 days workshop on modern methodologies in statistical data analysis for agriculture research was very informative From day 1 to day 5 there were short duration lactures that simplified the whole session. The lactures were effective and useful to the researchers. The lactures were presented in practical ways that was easy to understand and helpful for analyzing research data. E quiz from the daily lactures was also effective for workout. I am very thankful to the organizers for this workshop.

I have never thought that I would be able to learn about SPSS & R during this Period of Crisis!
From Day 1 to Day 5, the workshop was so interesting and useful!
The speakers were so proficient and their explanation was too good to be understood by all the categories if participants from UG students to Heads of Departments participating in this Unforgettable Workshop!
I have learnt about the basics of SPSS, & R from introduction, Basic Descriptive Statistics, Tests of Significance, Experimental designs, Factorial experiments, Multivariate analysis, & using of R Programme for basic as well as statistical operations.
Lastly, I would like to thank all the resource persons and organizations from bottom of my heart!!
We will be greatly benefited, If you can Conduct more workshops like these in future to make this crisis period into fruitful time…

ReplyDeleteWorkshop was very much informative and easily understandable, we learnt the most of statistical methods but mainly you did not tell us how to put superscripts for Mean and SE when table was prepared, Non-parametric tests was not covered and also PCA they did not cover the Loading plot and also scatter graphs. but overall it was good workshop.

ReplyDeleteFirst of all, let me congratulate the organizers for such a wonderful workshop for understanding basic statistics and how to use it. Keeping lectures short and engaging through hands on practice via daily quiz was nice idea to attend and perform at participants own convenience. I feel five days duration is quite short instead make it for 10 or 21 days, and include MS Excel, SAS, Systat and software for molecular data analysis etc. 10 or 21 days will also serve the purpose of career advancement prerequisites for which you may charge a minimum fee also. I appreciate and extend my sincere thanks to the faculties also for developing simple and informative lectures.
